+What appliance information do I need to supply?

More than the size of an appliance is required, as specific appliances may require specific ventilation, etc. Make and model number of appliances is also needed. Built-in appliances need to be built-in as part of the manufacturing process, and will be required before we can start manufacturing.

+Can GKW supply appliances and sinks etc?

Yes, GKW can supply appliances, sinks and taps.

+What additional costs should I consider when renovating my kitchen?
Keep in mind that if you are renovating, there are additional costs that need to be considered. For instance:
  1. Relocation services, plumbing, electrical and gas outlets. To save costs, try to leave existing appliances in their current locations if possible.
  2. Floor coverings. Are the existing floor coverings remaining, or will new flooring be required?
  3. Tiling (walls and floors)
  4. Plastering, patching of walls, cornice and ceiling, in some cases.
  5. Possible building works. (Moving internal walls, windows or doors, etc.)

All of the above items need to be coordinated in a certain sequence for your project to run smoothly. If required, our designer can organize this project management process for you.

All work done by other trades will be billed direct to you, from them.

+What warranty do you offer?
GKW offers a 5 year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Please note appliances incorporated into your project will all carry their own individual warranties from the appliance manufacturer, of which it is your responsibility to complete and return the forms. If you have solid surface bench tops, we will supply you with the warranty form to complete and return to the appropriate manufacturer/fabricator.
+What methods of payment do you have?

Payment can be made either by cash, credit card or EFT. You will be provided with an invoice when payments are due.
